Uganda: Ambassador to Uganda Briefs Young Africans On Situation in Western Sahara
[SPS]Kampala -The Ambassador to Uganda Mr. Habib Mahfud Boukhreis briefed Saturday a group of young Africans participated at the African Committee meeting of International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY), to be held in Kampala this week, during a panel discussion on the Arab spring, governance and democracy.
