UN: ICC constitutes new trial chambers for Malian, Uganda's LRA rebels
New York, US (PANA) - The International Criminal Court (ICC) has constituted Trial Chamber VIII and IX for the trial of cases relating to Malian rebel, Ahmad Al Faqi Al Mahdi, and a former commander of Uganda's Lord Resistance Army (LRA), Mr. Dominic Ongwen.
