Egypt: State's 'Policy of Cooperation' With Sudan and Egypt

[Government of Ethiopia]Ethiopia's Minister of Water and Energy, Ato Alemayehu Tegnu, said this week that Ethiopia was pursuing a policy of cooperation with Sudan and Egypt.
