Libya: Kobler meets Presidency Council in Tripoli, urges implementation of political agreement
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya's House of Representatives has to decide on the Government of National Accord and endorse it, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Libya, Mr. Martin Kobler said on Sunday at his first press conference held in the country's capital, Tripoli.
