FIFA Ranking for Africa: Algeria regains top spot
Zurich, Switzerland (PANA) - Cape Verde's reign on top of the monthly FIFA ranking for African men's team was short lived as Algeria, third in March, regained the top spot since its 20 unbroken months reign ended in October 2015, according to the latest FIFA, released here Thursday.
