Libya: Kobler welcomes Libyan Dialogue members' commitment to GNA
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - UN Secretary-General's Special Representative and head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Martin Kobler, has welcomed and strongly supported the statement of the Libyan Political Dialogue members in Tunis, Tunisia on 10 March 2016 reaffirming their commitment to uphold the Libyan Political Agreement signed in Skhirat on 17 December 2015.
