Tanzania: Security expert calls for ?effective preventive action? in Libya
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) ? The trajectory of instability and terrorism in Libya will determine the future of North Africa and could affect the entire Mediterranean rim, possibly for decades, South Africa-based Institute for Security Studies (ISS) said Thursday, warning that time was running out for effective preventive action.
