South Sudan: South Sudan troops miss Juba deployment deadline
Juba, South Sudan (PANA) - South Sudanese former rebel forces were likely to miss a key deadline to deploy into Juba, the South Sudanese capital on 1 March, due to a delay in obtaining permission to move arms into the Ethiopian territory for eventual airlift to Juba and ground transport for the troops.
