Rwanda: New study offers hope for Africa halting HIV infections
Kigali, Rwanda (PANA) - In a move to push for a decline in new HIV infections and AIDS-related deaths, Elizabeth Irungu, a Kenyan researcher, recommends countries in Subsaharan African should adopt a newly developed microbicide gel known as " pre-exposure prophylaxis" or "PrEP".
