Ethiopia: AUC names new Special Representative in CAR
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) ? African Union Commission (AUC) Chairperson Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma has appointed Mr. Mohamed EL Hacen Lebatt of Mauritania as the Commission?s new Special Representative for Central African Republic (CAR) and Head of the AU Mission (MISAC) in the country following the resignation of Major General Jean-Marie Michel Mokoko.
