UN: UN mission chief congratulates Libyans on formation of unity government
New York, US (PANA) - The UN Special Representative and Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Martin Kobler, has welcomed the formation of a Libyan Government of National Accord by the Presidential Council as a significant step forward in the quest to end the political divisions and armed conflict across the country.
