North Africa: Head of Minorso Received By Algerian Minister for Maghreb and African Affairs
[SPS]Algiers -Algerian Minister for Maghreb and African Affairs Abdelkader Messahel received Monday in Algiers the United Nations Secretary-General's special representative and head of the UN Mission for the referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) Wolfgang Weisbro-Weber.
