UN: UN envoy welcomes signing of Libyan political agreement
New York, US (PANA) - Special Representative and head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Martin Kobler, on Thursday welcomed the signing of a UN-brokered agreement on forming a national unity government in Libya.
