UN: UN envoy says Libya still in doldrums, stresses need for political agreement
New York, US (PANA) - The magnitude of the dangers facing Libya should not be underestimated, outgoing UN envoy in Libya, Bernardino Leon said Friday, noting that despite the passing of the timeline by which the UN had hoped a final political settlement would be endorsed, there is yet to be a final agreement.
