Ethiopia: Nigerian diplomat, Uhomoibhi, appointed UNAMID chief
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - A Nigerian diplomat, Dr. Martin Ihoeghian Uhomoibhi, has been appointed the new head of the UN-African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) and Chief Mediator of the Darfur peace process, the UN and the AU said Tuesday.
