Somalia: National Consultative Forum agrees Somalia not ready for electoral process
Mogadishu, Somalia (PANA) - Participants of the first plenary session of Somalia's National Consultative Forum on the electoral process in 2016 have agreed that the current circumstances do not yet allow for one-person one-vote elections.
