Tanzania: Ex-Mozambican, Nigerian Presidents to observe Tanzanian general elections
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) - Two former African heads of state will head observer teams for the upcoming presidential, parliamentary and local authorities elections in Tanzania, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation confirmed here Friday.
