Nigeria: Africa's fastest woman, Okagbare, banned from 2016 Rio Olympics
Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Africa's fastest woman, Nigerian Blessing Okagbare, has been banned from next year's Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, after failing to represent Nigeria at the ongoing 11th All-Africa Games in Brazzaville, Congo.
