Sudan: South Sudanese sign peace deal brokered by IGAD
Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) ? South Sudanese rivals, the government of President Salva Kiir and the rebel Sudan People's Liberation Army/ in Opposition led by former First Vice President eieck Machar on Wednesday concluded a peace deal brokered ten days ago by the Inter Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
