Ethiopia: President Kiir withholds signature on South Sudan peace pact
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - South Sudanese President Salva Kiir withheld his signature on a proposed peace compromise to form a unity government with long-time foe and rebel leader Riek Machar, who signed an agreement on Monday, promising to end 20 months of fighting in South Sudan.
