Libya: Parliament passes general amnesty bill
Tobruk, Libya (PANA) ? The Chamber of Representatives based in the Libyan eastern city of Tobruk, on Tuesday passed a general amnesty bill to benefit all Libyans accused of various deeds in the military-political crisis that broke out from 15 February 2011.
