Libya: Rival government calls for direct Libyan political negotiations
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Libya's administration which controls the capital, Tripoli, but is not recognized by the international community, has called for an end to the conflict shaking the country to allow political negotiations that would be hosted in Libya, without foreign mediation.
