UN: Somalia diplomat stresses need to develop police service
New York, US (PANA) - The charge d'affaires of the Permanent Mission of Somalia to the UN, Mr. Awale Ali Kullane, on Thursday in New York said it was time for the government to step-up the work to develop its police sector to facilitate security duties.
