Libya: "Rebel" parliament refuses to sign UN's draft political agreement on Libya
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Libyan General National Congress (CNG), not recognized by the international community, announced Tuesday it had rejected the draft agreement proposed by the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) to end the ongoing conflict in that country.
