Morocco: Signing of Libyan peace deal postponed
Rabat, Morocco (PANA) - Libyan stakeholders meeting here could not agree on the signing of a UN-brokered Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) after the delegation of the National General Congress (NGC) asked for more time to consult on the MoU.
