Libya: Inter-Libyan dialogue resumes in Rabat
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Opposing parties in the Libyan crisis were due to meet late Thursday in Morocco in a new round of inter Libyan dialogue set to resume to at Skhirtat, a suburb of Rabat, with a view to striking a deal on the political and security situation in their north African nation.
