Senegal: Mali peace agreement: A mission accomplished but not completed (By Amadou Gaye, PANA external collaborator)
Dakar, Senegal (PANA) - After more than three-and-a-half years of conflict and nearly a year of negotiations, the Coordination of the Movement of Azawad (CMA), grouping almost all Tuareg rebels in northern Mali, said "yes" on June 20 in the peace and reconciliation already initialled in mid-May by the government and loyalist forces.
