Algeria: 3rd round of inter-Libyan peace talks opens in Algiers
Algiers, Algeria (PANA) ? Several leaders and chiefs of Libyan political parties, as well as civil society activists on Wednesday converged in Algiers for the third meeting of the inter-Libyan peace talks under the aegis of the United Nations.
