Libya: UNSMIL urges end to abduction of civilians, warns of criminal liability for such acts
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? Armed groups across Libya are responsible for abductions of civilians including minors on account of their actual or perceived origin, opinion, family and political affiliation, the UN mission in the country said Friday.
