Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - Visiting U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said efforts to relocate Somali refugees in Kenya to their country should continue while the camps in the Dadaab refugee complex in North-east Kenya remain open until conditions for a dignified return of the refugees have been met.
