Libya: UN release list of Libyan personalities targeted by sanctions
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The UN representative in Libya, Ibrahim Dabbachi, has confirmed the existence of a list at both the UN Security Council and the International Criminal Court (ICC) of those who have blocked the political process in the country.
