Egypt: Brotherhood Guide Asks People to Pray for Rain
[Aswat Masriya]The Muslim Brotherhood's Supreme Guide Mohamed Badea said that "while the state must resolve the water shortage issue in Matrouh, residents must perform the drought prayer as did their brothers in Somalia who were as a result blessed with rains not witnessed in the past seven years".
