Rwanda: AfDB launches 2014 Development Effectiveness Review on Energy
Kigali, Rwanda (PANA) - Despite efforts in addressing the rising demand for electricity, many Sub-Saharan African countries still face major challenges related to their high dependence on traditional biomass, very low access to modern energy, energy supply shortfall and rapid urbanization, according to a new report released Tuesday by the African Development Bank (AfDB).
