Tanzania: UNDP, Global Fund sign agreement to bolster efforts to beat malaria in Sudan
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) - A new agreement reached in Sudan by the UN Development Programme (UNDP) and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is set to provide a major boost in the fight against malaria in the country, UNDP said Friday, announcing US$81 million additional funding to the Global Fund?s existing malaria grant in Sudan.
