Libya: Stakeholders in inter-Libyan talks 'close to political consensus', say participants
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? At the inter-Libyan talks in Skhirat, Morocco, the indirect negotiations show of movement of stakeholders towards political consensus, said sources close to the delegation of the Libyan Chamber of Representatives (Parliament), quoted on Saturday by the Libyan media.
