Zambia: African Ministers call for strong Universal Climate Agreement
Lusaka, Zambia (PANA) - African Ministers at the ministerial segment of the Africa Carbon Forum in Morocco have renewed their call for a strong and universal climate change agreement with increased flow of funds, including through market and finance opportunities, sufficient to fulfill Africa?s development aspirations.
