Nigeria Decides 2015: ECOWAS congratulates Nigeria for successful election
Accra, Ghana (PANA) ? The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has congratulated Nigeria for a successful presidential election that has seen the opposition candidate, retired Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, triumph over President Goodluck Jonathan.
