Egypt?s president, Mohamed Morsi, chooses little-known technocrat as prime minister

CAIRO ? Egypt?s president appointed a new prime minister on Tuesday, asking Hesham Kandil ? a U.S.-educated technocrat currently serving as water and irrigation minister ? to form a new government.
