Sudan: Oxfam 'regrets' failure of S. Sudan meeting
Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - A charity organization with wide activities among war affected Southern Sudanese, Oxfam, has expressed regret that South Sudanese leaders meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, have failed to reach a peace agreement saying this would further complicate the lives of millions of South Sudanese already suffering from the conflict.
