Libya: UN envoy welcomes constructive dialogue in Libyan crisis
Rabat, Morocco (PANA) ? The special representative of the UN Secretary General in Libya, Bernardino Leon, has welcomed what he called "the positive constructive spirit" seen in the first day of the resumed dialogue on the Libyan crisis.
