ECOWAS: ECOWAS institutes another award at FESPACO
Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) - The ECOWAS Commission is instituting the award for the Best film Producer at this year?s Pan-African Television and Film Festival (FESPACO), which opened on 28 Feb. 2015, as a way of boosting the organisation?s involvement and visibility at the popular continental cinema event held in Ouagadougou, the Burkinabe capital.
