Algeria: Fifth round of inter-Malian talks opens in Algiers
Algiers, Algeria (PANA) ? The international mediation team for the inter-Malian peace talks, which entered the fifth round Tuesday in Algiers, has appealed to the parties in conflict to seize that opportunity and reach a sustainable peace deal.
