Mali's Tuareg rebels blamed as rare elephant poached

A rare species of elephant in northern Mali is being targeted by poachers, threatening its survival, the government has said. Authorities have blamed poachers linked to the Tuareg MNLA rebel group for 19 deaths in the past month.
