Algeria: Minister advocates for positive French-African cooperation
Algiers, Algeria (PANA) ? The Algerian deputy minister for Maghreb and African affairs, Abdelkader Messahel, has called for the establishment of new platform for the development of a ?promising? cooperation between Africa and France.
