Tanzania: UN welcomes Somalia's ratification of children?s rights treaty
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) - The UN on Tuesday applauded Somalia?s ratification of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), a move regarded as an ?important step? towards protecting and promoting the rights of all children in the war-torn Horn of Africa nation and an explicit commitment towards improving the lives of its youngest citizens.
