Mauritania: Court jails three Mauritanian antislavery activists
Nouakchott, Mauritania (PANA) ? Mauritania's Correctional Tribunal at Rosso, 200 km south of Nouakchott, on Thursday sentenced three antislavery activists to two years imprisonment "for belonging to a non-recognized organization and offence related to public order," judicial sources told PANA.
