Tunisia: US president Obama congratulates Essebsi on his victory
Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) - US President Barack Obama on Monday congratulated Béji Caïd Essebsi on his election as Head of State of Tunisia, whilst paying tribute to the Tunisian people "who very competently presided over the first presidential election under a new Constitution".
