Ethiopia: IGAD envoy plays down military threat against South Sudan
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Peace mediators played down threats by the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) to launch a military operation to disarm the warring factions in South Sudan on the first anniversary of the war there.
