Ethiopia: Ugandan troops to pullout of South Sudan after war - IGAD mediator
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Ugandan troops would be forced to leave South Sudan only after the two main rival forces agree to completely end the war, the top mediator in the protracted effort to end the fighting in the world?s newest state, said Monday.
