Libya: EU will apply sanctions against Libyan stakeholders opposed to dialogue
Tripoli, Libya (PANA) ? The European Union (EU) has said it will apply appropriate sanctions against Libyan stakeholders opposed to dialogue, meant to resolve the lingering political crisis in the north African country.
